Commonly known as tapping, EFT uses the body’s energy meridians to interrupt neurological pathways. The idea is that emotions that are not fully dealt with create disruptions in the flow of energy through the meridians resulting in physical and behavioral symptoms.These are often subconscious and fuel behaviors that hold us back.

Tapping combined with recalling a situation or feeling disrupts the patterned electrical impulse and a new pattern can be introduced. A practitioner will lead you through a sequence of tapping points and a personalized script.

EFT lends itself well to self healing, it’s easy to learn, quick, and very portable. (though admittedly you would get strange looks if done in public) Working with a trained practitioner can often help you quickly get to the root of an issue a couple of sessions.
